Client Success Club offers coaching, training, mentorship, resume and interview support, career guidance, access to job opportunities, and community membership. The Services may include live calls, video training, 1-on-1 sessions, downloadable materials, and private access to digital platforms such as Skool.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. By signing up, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for our Services are due upfront unless otherwise stated in a written payment plan agreement. Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. In cases where we offer payment plans, you are committing to pay the full agreed amount, regardless of whether you complete the program.
Chargebacks and Disputes:
Any attempt to dispute or charge back a payment without cause may result in legal action and removal from all Services and communities without refund.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our Services and the personalized coaching we provide, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless otherwise stated in writing. Please ensure you are committed before making a purchase.
5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific results, earnings, or employment from participation in our programs. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and market conditions. While we offer tools, coaching, and support, you are solely responsible for your outcomes.
6. Confidentiality and Community Guidelines
You agree not to share, reproduce, or resell any content, frameworks, documents, or community discussions. All content is the intellectual property of Client Success Club LLC.
We reserve the right to remove any member from our community or program for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior without notice or refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client Success Club LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or your inability to use them.
