Thank you for enrolling in our programs at Client Success Club LLC. We are fully committed to helping you succeed in your career journey and providing exceptional training, coaching, and job support. However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict refund policy outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
By purchasing any of our programs, services, or products, you agree to our no-refund policy. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Personal scheduling conflicts
Lack of participation or implementation
Not achieving desired results
Payment plan cancellations
2. Coaching and Digital Access
Our services include immediate access to proprietary training materials, live coaching, resume and interview assistance, private communities, and job placement support. These are non-returnable and non-transferable digital products and services, which is why we cannot issue refunds once access has been granted.
3. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments on time. Entering a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full amount agreed upon. Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to services and further collection efforts.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any attempt to dispute a charge or file a chargeback with your payment provider will result in immediate removal from our programs, communities, and coaching access. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and report any fraudulent claims to relevant agencies.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
